On 10th December 2017, took place the 21st edition of the Winter Charity Bazaar organized  by the International Women’s  Club of Moldova (IWCM).  Charity Centre for Refugees, partner of UNHCR and BMA, as previous years, participated in this Charity Event. This year event aims at raising funds for 5 local organisations that will benefit from the financial donations received from the local and international NGOs, Embassies and other participants of the bazaar. IWCM decided to include CCR in the list of the organisations benefiting from the collected funds during the 21st edition of the Winter Charity Bazaar.

CCR together with refugee community participated in the event in order to bridge closer persons of concern and local community in a common way of solidarity to help other vulnerable people in Moldova. The team together with EVS volunteers and refugees sold different handicrafts as postcards, snowmen, candles, notebooks, decorated cups and plates, and Arabic sweets cooked by refugees from Siria and Jordan.

CCR is grateful for the collaboration with the International Women’s Club of Moldova and is looking forward to keeping this collaboration in the future.
