Within UNHCR programme, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) provides job coaching and assist refugees and asylum seekers to find jobs in order to rise their economic security by enabling strategic partnerships with the private sector.
Due to the support of CCR, on 16th of July, three more refugees were officially employed with individual labour contracts at a mini factory of vinegar bottling in Chișinău.
Two asylum seekers from Uzbekistan and Ghana and one Indian refugee have as job to bottle, label, pack and load in trucks the bottles with vinegar. The working day has 8 hours. They will be paid according to their merit and effort, but an important point is that the extra hours will be paid double.
A key point of integration is the employment of refugees and asylum seekers, thus CCR strongly support beneficiaries in exploring their interests, capacities and experience to provide proper counseling, skills training, assessment and recommendations for them.
