In July 2021, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) won a mini grant from UN Women with the financial support of Sweden.

Within this Project, which is lasting 5 months, CCR has planned capacity-building trainings, and the fourth of them took place on November 03rd and 4th, 2021 at the “Summit Events & Conference Center”. This Project (entitled “Promoting gender equality and empowering women in the Republic of Moldova”) is aiming to strengthen the knowledge of CCR and partner’s staff, so this training was dedicated to discuss and understand better all related to gender identity.

In total, at the informative session participated 14 persons, including 2 experts, 1 volunteer, 7 CCR’s members, 1 representative from UN Women, 2 representatives from the Bureau of Migration and Asylum and 1 representative from the Law Center of Advocates.

CCR brings its gratitude to the donor for the opportunity to work on capacity building and to improve its work.
