The CCR is hiring cleaning person for the project “Community services development for refugees and asylum-seekers in Moldova 2022”.
General purpose:
The holder of this position will maintain a clean, comfortable and tidy environment for the CCR’s property and premises.
Specific tasks:
- clean inside and outside the office;
- sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors;
- dust and polish furniture and fittings;
- empty and clean trash containers;
- dispose of trash in a sanitary manner;
- wipe down glass surfaces;
- tidy up rooms;
- wash windows;
- maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary work condition;
- monitor and report necessary minor repairs and replacements.
Other responsibilities:
- to respect the regulations of the CCR statute and other norms of internal discipline, like labor discipline, rules of labor and sanitary protection, norms of anti-incendiary security etc.;
- to supervise and carefully exploit the technical equipment, furniture and other components of the CCR;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and abilities
- knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods;
- knowledge of cleaning sensitive materials;
- ability to find quickly a solution in emergency cases;
- good discipline;
- ability to work efficiently and accurately;
- good interpersonal skills;
- high energy levels.
Language skills:
Romanian and Russian/English (A2)
Work conditions:
- part-time (4 hours/day), five days per week
- common workplace with other employees
