On October 19, 2021, the “United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees’ (UNHCR) Regional Representation for Central Europe” Spokesperson / Senior Regional Communications Officer, Mr. Zoran STEVANOVIC, conducted “Strategic and Successful Communications” lectures (both in person and online) for students from the State Pedagogical University “Ion Creanga”.
In today’s fast paced media environment, the ability to frame and deliver appropriate messages and communicate clearly is more important than ever before. With this in mind, the “Charity Centre for Refugees” (CCR) organized these lectures scheduled for several days, starting on October 19: The Faculty of Philology, Foreign Languages Romanian – German and Romanian – English from the State Pedagogical University “Ion Creanga”; following the lectures on October 20 – the Faculty of Journalism from the Moldova State University; and October 21 – the Faculty of International Relations from the Free International University of Moldova.
Mr. Zoran STEVANOVIC, with approximately 25 students who attended lectures, discussed among other topics, as importance of strategic and successful communications, media engagement, importance of audience, how to develop clear and concise messages.
CCR is thankful to the State Pedagogical University “Ion Creanga” for facilitating a space for the lecture and presentation “Clasa Viitorului” and looking forward for future cooperation.
