In the framework of UNHCR program, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) in collaboration with the State Pedagogical University (SPU) “Ion Creanga” resumes language courses for the refugee community to facilitate their integration into the Moldovan society.
On 03rd of August, 2021, in this regard, the Regional Integration Officer at the Office of UNHCR for Central Europe (Mrs. Olivera Vukotic), Senior Protection Associate at the Regional Office of UNHCR for Central Europe (Mr. Serghei Gaina), CCR’s Director (Mr. Djavid Paknehad) made a courtesy visit to the SPU’s Rector (Mrs. Alexandra Barbaneagra). The guests talked with the host about the resumption of online and offline language courses – pilot project in 2021 – for the asylum-seekers accommodated at the Temporary Accommodation Centre and refugees from all over the country.
UNHCR and CCR highly appreciated the openness of SPU “Ion Creanga” and hope to have a long-lasting collaboration.
