On 09.06.2021, Mr. Djavid Paknehad, Director of CCR, had a working meeting with Mrs. Tatiana Bucearschi, Head of GDSAH of Chisinau. This meeting is part of the joint activities started in November 2019 with the inclusion of the new arrived asylum-seekers who are located in the Temporary Accommodation Centre (TAC) of the Bureau for Migration and Asylum in the category of vulnerable persons, and providing hot lunches by the City Hall under the same conditions as for the Moldovan citizens who are in vulnerable situations.
Mr. Director sincerely thanked the Chisinau City Hall, GDSAH, Mr. Ion Ceban and Mrs. Tatiana Bucearschi for involvement, compassion, care and understanding of the situation of the new arrived and registered in the asylum system persons. Thus, even during the pandemic period, when the delivery of lunches was stopped, was found a solution for the inhabitants of TAC to not remain without food, namely to supply them monthly with food packages, which is done until now.
During the meeting, were drawn up and discussed new plans of activities for the future, plans which, unfortunately, had remained on the line due to the pandemic. These discussions were resumed on June 9, 2021 at the initiative of CCR.
