On October 21, 2021, the “United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees’ (UNHCR) Regional Representation for Central Europe” Spokesperson / Senior Regional Communications Officer, Mr. Zoran STEVANOVIC, conducted “Strategic and Successful Communications” offline lectures for students from the Free International University of Moldova.

In today’s fast paced media environment, the ability to frame and deliver appropriate messages and communicate clearly is more important than ever before. With this in mind, the “Charity Centre for Refugees” (CCR) organized these lectures scheduled for several days, first on October 19: the Faculty of Philology, Foreign Languages Romanian – German and Romanian – English from the State Pedagogical University “Ion Creanga”; second on October 20: the Faculty of Journalism from the Moldova State University; and third October 21: the Faculty of International Relations from the Free International University of Moldova.

Mr. Zoran STEVANOVIC, with approximately 30 persons who attended lectures, discussed among other topics, as importance of strategic and successful communications, media engagement, importance of audience, how to develop clear and concise messages.

CCR is thankful to the Free International University of Moldova, especially to the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, Mrs. Viorica TICU, for participating at the lecture and for a wonderful collaboration.
