The train on the Chisinau-Iasi line runs 7 days a week.
Departure from Chisinau: 06:40. Arrival in Iasi at 11:13 a.m.
Ticket prices: 90, 100 and 130 lei.
They can be purchased online (only for next day, but not on the day of departure). In the Republic of Moldova, at the central station.
Local transportation:

➡️ Special race made by Iasi Public Transport Company. The bus will run between Socola Station and Central Station, from where passengers can follow the directions given to the Border Police when getting off the train at Socola Station.

The Prime Minister of Scotland, Nicholas Sturgeon, has announced the launch of a program to receive Ukrainian refugees in Scotland.
Refugees will be offered family accommodation, the right to employment, and social benefits. It will be possible to get to Scotland from Moldova by charter plane. To check in for a plane, please fill out this form.

The Republic of Lithuania is ready to accept for resettlement 2,000 Ukrainian refugees arriving from the Republic of Moldova. The Department of Migration under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania organizes resettlement in the Republic of Lithuania for citizens of Ukraine and members of their families who arrived in the Republic of Moldova.

All arrivals are provided with the following opportunities:

A residence permit for 1 year and a work permit are issued;
The employment service provides assistance in finding employment;
Medical services and psychological assistance are provided;
Humanitarian and food aid is being provided;
Temporary housing provided;
Children are included in public education programs;
After obtaining temporary protection (residence permit) in Lithuania (this may take up to 24 working days), persons without income are provided with:
- Social allowance: 107.4 euros (approximate average social allowance per person);
- Compensation for expenses for heating, hot water and drinking water: (according to statistics for 2021, the average compensation per family was 61.7 euros);
Free transfer from Moldova to Lithuania.

One of the following documents is required:

Foreign passport (also expired);
Internal passport or ID card (expired is also allowed);
Birth certificate (for children);
Identity certificate issued by the Consular Department of Ukraine in the Republic of Moldova.

The Republic of Greece is ready to accept for resettlement 500 Ukrainian citizens and members of their families arriving from the Republic of Moldova.

The non-governmental organization “Smile of the Child”, together with the Ministry of Migration and Asylum of the Republic of Greece, organizes the resettlement to Greece of Ukrainian citizens and members of their families who have arrived and are currently in the Republic of Moldova.

The following options are provided:

1. A residence permit is issued for 1 year;
2. Work permit;
3. Medical services and psychological assistance are provided;
4. Humanitarian and food aid is provided;
5. Temporary housing provided;
6. Children are included in formal education programs;
7. Free transport from Moldova to Greece (possible with pets).

One of the following documents is required to participate in the program:

1. Foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine (expired is also allowed);
2. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (old type);
3. ID card (allowed and overdue);
4. Birth certificate (for children);
5. Certificate of identification of a citizen of Ukraine, issued by the Consular Department of Ukraine.

The French Republic accepts Ukrainian citizens and their family members for resettlement. The Ministry of Interior of the French Republic organizes resettlement for Ukrainian citizens and their family members arriving from the Republic of Moldova. 

The main region for relocation is Nouvelle-Aquitaine, with Bordeaux as the capital city. The arrival in the region consists of two steps - first by plane to France, then by bus to New Aquitaine.

Upon arrival, you will be accommodated temporarily for several months, depending on your future plans and intentions. You can also stay with relatives in their own homes.

Upon arrival, you will automatically be granted Temporary Protected Status in the European Union for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility to extend it. Please note that the temporary protection status is not the same as the refugee status.

Temporary protection status allows you to qualify for financial assistance, the exact amount of that depends on the composition of your family and your living conditions. It is approximately 430 €/month for one person and about 640 €/month for a family of three.

You are eligible for French health insurance, with coverage for medical consultations and the purchase of necessary medicines.

You are eligible to work after you receive temporary residence permit status and you can ask for help in applying for a job.

Schooling in France is free and compulsory up to and including the age of 16, and your children are also eligible. Your children's language needs will also be taken into account, and they will be provided with extracurricular activities.

You can learn French both online and with a physical presence.

You can apply for admission to France universities after your arrival. For information on the entire procedure, go to the special address ukraine@campusfrance.org created by Campus France.

You can travel anywhere in France without any notifications or restrictions.

Your pets may relocate with you after all necessary procedures, including anti-rabies vaccination. At all check-ins, veterinary inspections will be conducted only in your presence.
