• Experience with Roma communities or social mediation;
• Romanian and/or Russian required; Romani language an asset;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Price and Payment Conditions

The NGO Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) will make payments related to the contract for which the invitations to submit offers have been issued. Payment will be made by the NGO Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR), in Moldovan Lei (MDL), by bank transfer to the supplier’s account.

Prices shall be calculated in MDL, at a 0% VAT rate, in accordance with Government Decision No. HG246/2010 of 08.04.2010. Supporting documents will be provided to the winning company upon contract signing.

3. Offer Evaluation Criteria
3.1 Technical offer:

Willingness to sell goods at a 0% VAT rate;

Willingness to accept payment exclusively by bank transfer;

Free delivery of goods.

3.2 Financial offer:

Annex 1 duly completed.

4. Submission of Offers

The bidder shall submit both the financial and technical offers.

Technical and financial offers may be submitted using the following methods and must be based on Annex 1, completed with unit prices and the total value.
