Invitation to Tender
The Public Association “Center for Charity for Refugees” (CCR) announces the launch of a request for proposals to contract a specialized company for the procurement of household appliances for the period 01 February 2026 – 31 December 2026, with an estimated total value of up to 200,000 MDL.
The invitation to tender will consist of two stages:
I. Technical Evaluation
Required document package:
Copy of the Registration Certificate;
Copy of the Extract from the State Register;
Availability to provide services with VAT 0%;
Availability to provide free delivery (otherwise, the delivery price must be indicated);
Bank details.
Evaluation format: Pass / Fail
II. Financial Evaluation
Bidders may submit only one offer, by completing the Annex with the prices they can offer at VAT 0%.
Please note that only bidders who successfully pass the technical evaluation will be eligible for the financial evaluation, during which the supplier with the lowest offer will be selected.
The offer shall be addressed and submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address:
P.A. “Center for Charity for Refugees”, Republic of Moldova, mun. Chișinău, 64 Vasile Alecsandri Street, MD-2012, either in hard copy or by email to csi@ccr.md , logistics.officer@ccr.md.
Please complete Annex 1 and Annex 2. The envelope must indicate the name and contact details of the bidder.
The deadline for submission of offers is 26 January 2026.
Late submissions will be rejected.
