The Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR), partner of the Regional Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for Central Europe, initiated in 2019 a trustworthy collaboration with the Municipal Directorate for Social Assistance and Health in the framework of which asylum seekers that live at the Temporary Accommodation Centre (TAC) and refugees in need benefit from social lunches or food packages alongside with the vulnerable locals.
On 4th of March, 2022 the inhabitants living at TAC received food products (24 packages), which are provided in the context of COVID-19 from the social canteen.
The Director of CCR, Mr. Djavid Paknehad, brings his gratitude to the Chisinau City Hall headed by the General Mayor, Mr. Ion Ceban, and the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Health for support, especially in this hard period.
