On 3rd of June 2019, on the eve of Eid Al Fitr, the Charity Centre for Refugees in partnership with the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Kyiv and with the support of the Emirates Red Crescent provided a unique financial allowance to the most vulnerable refugees, especially asylum seekers.
The beneficiaries were elderly, families with many children, new arrived asylum seekers and other that proved they have no income or low income, limited resources for subsistence.
It is worth to mention that at the moment no entity provides any similar help to the vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers.
The refugee community that benefited from the support of the donors expresses its gratitude to the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Kyiv and the Emirates Red Crescent for their generosity and compassion.
