On 3rd of June 2018, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR), partner of the UNHCR Moldova and the Bureau for Migration and Asylum (BMA) was invited to the opening of the Cultural and Sport Festival in Razeni village.
Alongside the organizers, Razeni Mayoralty, at the event participated the partners of the village, including CCR, representatives of a few mayoralties of villages from Romania, the president of the Ialoveni district and other guests.
The event gathered dozens of people that enjoyed sport contests and cultural performance. During the event, CCR director, Mr. A. Djavid Paknehad congratulated the citizens of the Razeni with a such great event and encouraged them to continue to be as active and positive in the future.
The Charity Centre for Refugees is engaged in a a long-lasting collaboration with Razeni Mayoralty due to which a few refugee families have the possibility to live free of charge in social apartments provided by the Razeni village for UNHCR use for a specific period of time.
