On 29th of August, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) in collaboration with the Bureau for Migration and Asylum in the framework of UNHCR programme organised an informative session at the Temporary Accommodation Centre (TAC) on the occasion of Independence Day and language holiday ”Limba Noastră”.
The event aimed at informing asylum-seekers, especially the new-arrived persons about the Republic of Moldova – country that hosts them, history, culture and language, population and traditions and touristic destinations.
The director of CCR, Mr. Djavid Paknehad and director of TAC, Mr. Valeriu Stratila welcomed participants and after the presentation handed presents, T-shirts, to those who had correct answers at the quiz related to both celebrations.
Director of TAC thanked CCR team for organizing such an event for asylum-seekers that helped them to become informed and feel more confident about the Republic of Moldova.
