The Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR), within the framework of the project “Development of Community Services for Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Moldova,” implemented in partnership with UNHCR-Moldova, announces a call for commercial offers for the supply of a coffee machine and a high-performance plotter.
Offer evaluation criteria:
• Free delivery of goods (if “No,” indicate the delivery cost per order)
• Delivery time – specify the minimum and maximum delivery period
• Payment terms – advance payment (100%), partial payment, or post-delivery payment
• Discount amount (indicate %)
• Availability to sell goods at a 0% VAT rate
