In July 2021, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) won a mini grant from UN Women with the financial support of Sweden.
Within this Project, which is lasting 5 months, CCR has planned capacity-building trainings, and the second of them took place on September 24, 2021 in the Community Centre for refugees. This Project (entitled “Promoting gender equality and empowering women in the Republic of Moldova”) is aiming to strengthen the knowledge of CCR and partner’s staff, so this training was dedicated to discuss and understand better the topic of “Preventing and eliminating the violence against women and girls”.
In total, at the informative session participated 14 persons – 1 expert, 8 CCR’s members, 1 representative from UN Women Moldova and 4 representatives from the Bureau of Migration and Asylum.
CCR brings its gratitude to the donor for the opportunity to work on capacity building and to improve its work.
