One year ago Moldova demonstrated that a small country can do great things. One year ago our people became more united than ever and offered unconditional and prompt support to the thousands of people who were forced to leave their motherland.
In this context, but also in order to express appreciation to the people of Moldova, the National Congress of Ukrainians of Moldova, with the support of UNHCR-Moldova, ARI, Charity Centre for Refugees and INTERSOS organized a photo exhibition under the title “Big Heart” at Mediacor.
Sensitive speeches were addressed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Dorin Recean, the Ambassador of Ukraine in Moldova, Mr. Marko Shevchenko, the US Ambassador in Moldova, Mr. Kent D. Logdson, Dmitri Lecartev, Head of the National Congress of Ukrainians of Moldova, Ms. Francesca Bonelli, UNHCR Representative in Moldova, Director of CCR, Mr. Djavid Paknehad and others.
At the invitation of the organizers, along with photographs taken by Iosif Pizelman, in collaboration with the National Congress of Ukrainians and independent photographers, the CCR participated with an exhibition of paintings made by refugee children and adults, created during art therapy lessons.

Acum un an Moldova a demonstat că o ţară mică poate face lucruri măreţe. Acum un an poporul nostru a devenit mai unit ca niciodată şi a oferit sprijin necondiţionat şi prompt miilor de persoane care au fost forţate să îşi părăsească baştina.
În acest context dar şi cu scopul de a aduce un omagiu poporului din Moldova, Congresului Național al Ucrainenilor din Moldova, cu suportul UNHCR Moldova, ARI, Centrul de Caritate pentru Refugiaţi şi INTERSOS a organizat o expoziție de fotografii sub egida „Big Heart” la Mediacor.
Cu discursuri sensibile au ieşit în faţa publicului prim-ministrul Republicii Moldova, dl Dorin Recean, Ambasadorul Ucrainei în Moldova, dl Marko Shevchenko, ambasadorul SUA în Moldova, dl Kent D. Logdson, Dmitri Lecartev, șeful Congresului Național al Ucrainenilor din Moldova, dna Francesca Bonelli, Reprezentantul UNHCR în Moldova, directorul CCR, dl Djavid Paknehad şi alţii.
La invitaţia organizatorilor, alături de fotografiile realizate de Iosif Pizelman, în colaborare cu Congresul Național al Ucrainenilor și fotografi independenți, CCR a participat cu o expoziţie de picturi realizate de copii şi adulţi refugiaţi în cadrul lecţiilor de terapie prin artă.

Год назад Молдова доказала, что маленькая страна может совершать великие поступки. Год назад наш народ стал как никогда сплоченным и оказал безусловную и незамедлительную поддержку тысячам людей, которые были вынуждены покинуть свою родину.
В этом контексте, а также для того, чтобы выразить признательность народу Молдовы, Национальный Конгресс Украинцев Молдовы при поддержке УВКБ ООН в Молдове, Агентства Межэтнических Отношений, Центра Милосердия для Беженцев и INTERSOS организовал в Медиакоре фотовыставку под названием “Большое сердце”.
С чувствительными речами к собравшимся обратились премьер-министр Республики Молдова г-н Дорин Речан, посол Украины в Молдове г-н Марко Шевченко, посол США в Молдове г-н Кент Д. Логдсон, председатель Национального конгресса украинцев Молдовы, Дмитрий Лекартев, представитель УВКБ ООН в Молдове, г-жа Франческа Бонелли, директор ЦМБ, г-н Джавид Пакнехад и другие.
