Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) is recruiting a Project Coordinator for a UNHCR-funded Roma Literacy Project.
🔹 Contract duration:
As soon as possible – 31 May 2026
🔹 Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily literacy classes in five locations in Moldova;
- Supervise Roma Community Mediators;
- Liaise with schools, parents, and local authorities;
- Monitor quality, collect data, and prepare reports;
- Ensure compliance with UNHCR standards, child safeguarding, and Code of Conduct.
🔹 Requirements:
- University degree in Education, Social Sciences, Social Work, or related fields;
- 3–5 years of project coordination experience;
- Romanian and Russian required (English an asset);
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
🔹 PSEA:
CCR maintains zero tolerance for Sexual Exploitation and Abuse. All staff must comply with UNHCR PSEA policies and safeguarding standards.
