Offer evaluation criteria:
• Free delivery of goods (if “No,” specify the delivery costs per order)
• Delivery time – specify the minimum and maximum delivery time
• Payment terms – advance payment (100%), partial payment, or post-delivery payment
• Discount amount (specify %)
• Availability to sell the goods at a 0% VAT rate
