The Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR), partner of UNHCR Moldova and Bureau of Migration and Asylum will attend, on the eve of winter holidays, at the XXII edition of the International Winter Charity Bazaar organized by our partner – International Women’s Club of Moldova.
Preparation for the event started in the beginning of July at the initiative of the Refugee Women’s Club during summer school for refugee women and children in order to create enough handicrafts. The ladies were involved fully in the activities and art class led by our volunteer from Czech Republic who has graduated Art and Cultural studies.
PoCs’s handicrafts will be exhibited on 9th of December at the International Winter Charity Bazaar and CCR invites every interested person to buy Christmas and New Year`s gifts made by refugees such as Christmas trees, postcards, friendship bracelets, brochures, handmade bags and other things.
The funds that will be collected at the International Winter Charity Bazaar will be donated by IWCM in 2019 to different organizations specialized in charity and volunteering to help children and adults that are in need.
