On 30.07.2020, the Charity Centre for Refugees (CCR) invited to the online conference by Zoom the women from the refugee community and mix families.
The meeting which lasted almost 2 hours was dedicated to the relationships – parents vs. children, teachers vs. pupils, parents vs. teachers, since the middle of March till the end of May 2020, in the created situation because of the pandemic. The ladies told some common examples regarding the behavior of their schoolers and preschoolers children, how look the online lessons and homework, which methods are used in the online teaching, which problems they fronted about gadgets or internet, etc.
In total, at this event participated 37 persons – 33 refugee and mix families women and girls and 4 CCR’s members. For the nearest future are planned such conferences with the persons from CCR’s target group, as the topics are very actual.
The refugee women thank CCR for this useful informative session, discussions and support which CCR brings to make less difficult the life in this period. Also, they asked CCR to organize this kind of meetings regularly to understand better the situation in the refugee families.
