The Public Association “Charity Centre for Refugees” (CCR) announces the launch of a request for proposals for contracting a company specialized in providing office and school supplies for the period of December 10, 2025 – December 31, 2026, with an estimated total value of up to 380,000 MDL.
Bidders may submit only one offer, completing the Annex with the prices they can offer at a 0% VAT rate, which must be accompanied by a copy of the Registration Certificate or the legal Decision confirming the company’s registration as a legal entity, a copy of the extract from the State Register of Legal Entities (with information about the manager, legal address, and the names of the owners).
Additional materials, information, brochures, and recommendations regarding the services provided by the Contractor may be optionally attached.
The offer must also include:
• Company contact details;
• Contact person;
• Company bank details;
• Signature of the authorized person;
• Company stamp.

The envelope must indicate the name and contact details of the bidder.
The deadline for submitting proposals is December 9, 2025, by 17:00. Late offers will be rejected.
Prices must be calculated in Moldovan Lei (MDL) at a 0% VAT rate, in accordance with the tax benefits granted to projects. Justifying documents for the 0% VAT rate will be presented to the winning company at the signing of the contract. Offers will be evaluated by comparing the total price of the offer for the proposed services.
