The Public Association “Charity Centre for Refugees” (CCR) announces a request for quotation for contracting a company specialized in providing services for the procurement of school supplies in accordance with the Annex.
Bidders may submit only one offer, which must be accompanied by a copy of the Certificate of Registration or the legal Decision attesting the registration of the company as a legal entity, and a copy of the extract from the State Register of Legal Entities (including information about the administrator, legal address, and names of the owners).
Optionally, additional materials, information, brochures, or recommendations regarding the services offered by the Provider may be attached.
The offer must also include:
Company contact details;
Contact person;
Company banking details;
Signature of the authorized person;
Company stamp.
The offer must be addressed and submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address:

The envelope must be marked with the name and contact details of the bidder.
The deadline for submission of offers is July 28, 2025, at 17:00. Late offers will be rejected.
Prices must be quoted in Moldovan Lei (MDL) with 0% VAT, in accordance with tax exemptions granted to projects. Supporting documents for 0% VAT will be provided to the winning company upon contract signing. Offers will be evaluated by comparing the total price of the proposed services.
