The four partner-members of the CBI (Cash Based Intervention) Committee, UNHCR-Moldova, Law Center of Advocates, Bureau for Migration and Asylum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Charity Centre for Refugees met the 1st February, for a new meeting at the CCR office.
The main objective was to determine when financial assistance is most appropriate by identifying socially vulnerable refugees and asylum seekers such as elderly people, people with special needs, large families and others. At the same time have been analysed the one-off cash-based interventions for vulnerable refugee and asylum seeker families from other countries than Ukraine for winter period to cover basic and winter related needs.
Our cash-based interventions (CBI) aim to protect refugees by reducing the risks they face, and assist them to help themselves with dignity.

Cei patru parteneri-membri ai Comitetului CBI (Cash Based Intervention), UNHCR-Moldova, Centrul de Drept al Avocaţilor, Biroul Migraţie şi Azil al Ministerului Afacerilor Interne și Centrul de Caritate pentru Refugiați s-au întrunit la 1 februarie, in oficiul CCR, pentru o nouă ședință.
Obiectivul principal a fost de a determina situațiile când sunt necesare intervențiile sub formă de numerar, prin identificarea refugiaților și solicitanților de azil social vulnerabili precum vîrstnici, persoane cu necesități speciale, familiile numeroase și altele. În același timp, au fost analizate contribuțiile bănești unice pentru familiile vulnerabile de refugiați și solicitanți de azil din alte țări decât Ucraina pentru perioada de iarnă, în vederea acoperirii nevoilor de bază și a celor legate de această perioadă.
Intervențiile noastre financiare urmăresc să protejeze refugiații prin reducerea riscurilor cu care se confruntă aceștia, și îi ajută să se descurce singuri cu demnitate.

Четыре партнера-участника Комитета CBI (Cash Based Intervention), УВКБ ООН в Молдове, Правовой Центр Адвокатов, Бюро по миграции и убежищу Министерства внутренних дел и Центр Милосердия для Беженцев собрались 1 февраля, в офисе ЦМБ на очередное заседание.
Основная цель встречи состоит в выявлении случаев когда денежная помощь наиболее необходима, путем выделения социально уязвимых беженцев и лиц, ищущих убежище, таких как лица пожилого возраста, люди с особыми потребностями, многодетные семьи и другие. В то же время были рассмотрены единоразовые денежные выплаты для уязвимых семей беженцев и просителей убежища из других стран, кроме Украины, на зимний период с целью обеспечения основных потребностей и нужд, связанных с зимним периодом.
Наша финансовая поддержка направлена на защиту беженцев и снижение рисков, с которыми они сталкиваются, а также на создание условий для достойного самообеспечения.
